ASWWF aspires to make the disadvantaged women self-sufficient and self-dependent so that they can take their own responsibility along with their families’. Our aim is to make each woman such a self-empowering one, that she can at least earn the minimum wages per day from whatever work they are being trained into.

In the rural part of our country there is massive problem of seasonal unemployment, by providing skill development to the women in those periods when there is no such work back home; we can prepare them to support their family during hard times.

Skill development and vocational training centre (computer training, handicrafts, tailoring, dress making, dress designing, screen printing, beautician course, candle making, garland making, nursery, jute bag making, costume jewellery , animal rearing, farming techniques, Dry spices making etc).

ASWWF is creating a marketing chain for them to sell their product. Along with that ASWWF itself will take the initiative to market their product and sell it in and outside the city.
