Intending Supporters are requested to send their donations directly to
Acid Survivors & Women Welfare Foundation eligible for benefit under
section 80 G of the Income Tax Act 1961.
Further, if donations are made directly to the survivors, ASWWF cannot
exercise due diligence and will not be responsible or accountable for
proper utilization of funds. ASWWF will be responsible only if funds are
routed through us.
It is also possible that if donation is made directly to survivor,
he/she may be subject to undue pressure from family members/others for
diversion of the funds for purposes other than those for which it has
been donated.
